Had such great stay for two nights. Appreciated our room that was small but very clean having recently been refurbished and available with antique furniture and comfortable bed. For our trip the location was great and lovely, just next door to train station, restaurants, souvenir shops, ferry stop, shops and pedestrian traffic and the train terminal near Piazzale Roma.

Everything was nice, including fabulously helpful and caring staff in reception desk and breakfast. My room was tastefully decorated and air-conditioned with external private bathroom, had smoke detectors for safety measures. I spent 4 nights here and loved that.

Accommodation was ideal and overall clean, rooms were brand-new. The staff was caring, the breakfast was very very good. The location was unbeatable, close to Lista di Spagna. Variety of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay from check-in to Irish bar with warm drinks.

We enjoyed rooms in level 1. The location of the hotel was central, close to grand canal, Santa Lucia train station and vaporetto and the alleyway.
Sadly, there was no elevator.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay for 3 nights. Location: perfect, near bus stop for the airport, the train, bus stops, and the water taxi. For tea or coffee visit Pasticceria dal Mas nearby. Savoury and satisfactory breakfast for all tastes with cheese and croissants, for instance.

Generally, greatly enjoyed this nicely designed and well priced accommodation with respectful staff in reception desk and breakfast. The hotel was in an excellent and perfect location, very near the Venezia Sta. There was Relax & Caffe nearby, offering quick meals.
The breakfast was standard, I think it could be better.

The location offered was excellent and perfect just off opinions on Trip Advisor, the port, buses, vaporetto stop, railway station and a very short stroll to the Grand Canal and a big shopping street with lots of restaurants and cafes, manyofwhich are open late.

Classic hotel, 2 stars. All the staff was helpful. The property has classic queen room. There were stores and a drugstore close enough to the hotel. We had a takeout breakfast in the venue.
